Focusing on your breath is one of the more simple ways to meditate. Meditation itself is the only real way to fully relax the active thoughts which take place in your mind every day. You don’t have to follow any complex rules to meditate, switch off and achieve a mind that is in a state of peace.

The breath is a very important aspect of meditating, and focusing on this is a very good way to achieve a meditative state. Taking a breath happens in an involuntary basis, it is always there and because of the rhythm it is a good guide. Any relaxation class will always start with the words “take a deep breath” or “take five deep breaths”. This is where you start to meditate, by taking a deep breath!

Deep breathing allows you to take stock and starts the relaxation process. It fills your lungs with oxygen and this in itself is relaxing. So “take a breather” and let us get on with this brief lesson in simple meditation using the breath as a guide.

Much like yoga breathing, meditation exercise using the breath as a focus can release your troubles with every exhalation. For example you can breathe in through the nose or mount and visualize you are exhaling the breath through the soles of your feet or the tips of your fingers, even the top of your head. You have to imagine that your exhalation is taking with it all your worries and cares.

Training your breath to be the focus of your attention can be accomplished by shallow and controlled breathing, Imagine at the same time that there is a feather on your chin or nose and you are not supposed to disturb it. The more focus you have on your breath, the more easily you will be able to find a meditative state.

Meditation can be done at any time of the day, you don’t need a special time or place to do this, just take five or ten minutes and focus on your breathing. If you are feeling stressed and you need a “breather” lock yourself in a cubicle in the ladies room wherever you may be.

The “cocky & funny” method of talking to a woman focuses more on acting witty with words. There are people who strongly believe in this technique yet what makes it one of the best is the fact that being witty is not as easy as it might seem. To be able to find the right words at the right time is a difficult task, but to act a bit arrogant is a completely different matter that requires implications, puns and refinement and that what makes it hard.

Notice that girls can easily get convinced of someone who cracks jokes while grown-up women might not act the same way. Girls tend to get attracted more to the funny type of men with catchy words while women or ladies would prefer a man who would talk their minds into sense and wisdom rather than fun and laughter.

Just remember that the “cocky & funny” method can be used with ladies as well, yet you should then modify it to a great extent in order to get it right. You should be able to find the right place, occasion and time to use it. That is why this particular technique should be used only by those who knows much about peoples different personalities and how to deal with them.

Like we said in the previous lines, the arrogant and musing technique should not be used by anyone because some men do not have that light humor in their nature. In order to master that method, it requires much labor and time and it is not that easy to use as you always have to get to know what type of girl is in front of you before you decide to adopt that way.

Remember that acting arrogant (being “cocky”) should have extents to control it. In case you over do it, the girl might believe you are being rude and in case you act a little humble, she might start thinking that youre not that self-confident. You should detect that very light connection between both cases in order to reach your target. Some men make use of jokes in order to break the stiffness of arrogance. Yet again, acting funny is not a must for that method to work out.

Just keep in mind that the moment you proceed with that technique, you should never back off, that if you want to have the upper hand forever. I think I can decide that by the end of the night. Just get her confused for the longest period of time. She then might ask you about your job. You should then be implicit once more and say well, my job focuses on what girls like you wear instead of saying Im a fashion designer.

Remember that your answers should be implicit but your questions can be as explicit as you wish. For instance, you can ask whats your job? in case she arrogantly answers well, I work as an assistant manager at the biggest telecommunication incorporation in town. You can then say thats okay but what are you planning to do when youre a grown-up woman? Just ask this in a humorless tone. Make sure it does not sound like a comic thing so she would not think youre being too rude.

Again, in case she starts to say something common or ordinary, do not make fun of her as he might get angry then. For instance, in case she explains that she works as a temporary secretary till she finishes college, do not mock her because she may feel hurt then.

The “cocky & funny” method seems to be difficult as it takes a lot of effort to master. Hence, I believe that you can find the most suitable way to attract a woman in case you have a humorous type of personality.

Look for a website that offers you hundreds of prescreened drop shippers. This way you already know that they do drop ship and are ready to help you.

Let a drop shipping resource do the work for you. I belong to 2 sites now. I did have more but I found that these sites are the best and on top of it all. They are willing to help you be successful.

Lastly, have all your paperwork together before you contact them to set up an account. Make sure you have a tax id number or ssn, articles of incorporation or a business certificate

How To Kiss The First Time

Most men want to know how to kiss a girl. You need to ensure that the girl wants to get romantic with you before you initiate that first kiss.

There are few tests you can use to find out if she is ready to establish a romantic and sexual relationship with you. Use the following as tests to find out is she is ready to be kissed:

1. Look into her eyes and gently stroke her hair or run your fingers through her hair.

2. Hold her hands and gently squeeze them.

3. Brush her arm.

Measure her responses to your moves. If she responds positively to two of those then you know she is ready to be kissed by you.

She does not have to return the favor or participate to show compliance. As long as she does not raise an objection, walk away or discourage touching her, you can safely conclude she is ready to be kissed.

Once you have tested that she is ok to be kissed. Step slowly towards her or pull her close and lean forward. Now kiss her on the lips. It is a good idea to start with a peck on her lips and follow it up with a long kiss if she does not object.

There is no need to pull back after you kiss her the first time. You could stay in the kiss position, take a look in her eyes and go for the long kiss.

It is possible that the girl may pull back when you go for the kiss even if she complied to all you tests. Don’t assume she does not like you or don’t want you to kiss her because she pulled back.

It just means she was not prepared for the kiss or she did not see it coming. I call it a shock factor. Sometimes men do not give strong signals that they want a sexual/romantic relationship and so the girl is either confused or is not expecting a kiss.

If you have performed the above three tests, chances are that the girl will not pull back when you go for the kiss.

The girl will vocalize her objection or walk away from you if she did not want to be kissed by you. If she does neither of them she probably is looking forward to another kiss.

Test her comfort again by running the above three tests again.

If she still does not object to most of the tests than you can definitely go for the kiss again. You will be able to kiss her this time because she will be prepared and expecting it now.

Additional tips:

. Have a good breadth before you go for the kiss. Use some mint or breath freshener few minutes before the kiss.

. Don’t go pouring your emotions on the girl after the kiss. It makes you appear needy and clingy.

. Shave your face if you plan to go for the kiss. You don’t want to scratch her face.

. Kiss her in private when you kiss the first time.

. Don’t fight, convince or put pressure on the girl if she is not comfortable kissing. It might happen later if you do not appear needy or clingy. It is ok if she does not want to kiss right now.

. You can make things a bit more romantic by holding her hands or hold her on the hips when kissing. You could also whisper something in her ears between breaks from kissing. Try playing with her hair. Most girls love it. Whisper and go back for another kiss. Make it a long one this time.

. Don’t be another guy who waits for the end of the date to initiate the kiss. Kiss her early so it does not come across by the book.

. Act normal after you kiss her. Make sure not to make things awkward or go into silence so continue talking.

Re-spraying your car implies you’re ready to devote some time and money to complete this project. There is no reason why you can’t do this yourself, but youre going to require some guidelines. Unless naturally you’re already a pro car painter.

Firstly make up your mind to accept that youre not going to get the same professional looking job by utilising spray paints from a can. That is not to say you cant use them and get correct results. Just do not raise your expectations to high. Respraying your car would take some getting used to.

1st Step: Sand the rough spots and fill the holes. There’s no point in doing this after youve cleaned the car you would just be defeating the intention of washing the car in the first place.

Second step: You must start with a clean car. If you dont then your ultimate paint finish would be a mess. Every last bit of debris that you left on the car would be obvious after the re-spraying.

Hint: If your car is wet and you shine a light on it you would clearly see whatsoever imperfections that you didnt catch in the first or second step

3rd Step Now youve to cover off all of the regions where you don’t want paint. If you are not genuinely patient in this step you can end up being truly sorry that you did not. It will be a shame to have a pleasant paint finish, but half the paint is on the windows or chrome.

4th Step Practise a bit with your spray. There’s a bit of a technique to it. Keep in mind we said that re-spraying your car does take quite a long time. Practice on a piece of cardboard. That way you’re not as likely to get squirts or blobs of paint. Keep the spray moving continuously, and in really light coats. A couple of light coats of paint are far superior to two thick ones, that’ll look very uneven.

5th Step Allow the coats of paint to dry at the least one hour in between. Then apply the finishing coat. Once again this should be applied just like the paint. A flowing motion with just a really light coating.

By taking your time to do the job proper and following these re-spraying directions you should end up with a really good complete project. If you try and take short-cuts then this’s where your troubles would start.

Be sure you use good quality tools and products. Take your time, because when you start to rush a stage then that is where errors take place. Remember to use the correct safety measures such as the right protective gear.

Ideally it helps to be able to re-spray your car on a warm sunny day, as it aids to set or bake the paint on, leaving a better finish.

So remember before you start out, do your search on the how tos and have each your tools and supplies at hand, and youre ready to go for it.

In this short space, it is impossible to go into detail at any length, so the following is a brief guideline to ensure quality workmanship and minimal negative comebacks. Of course, guidelines must be established, but they also must be strictly followed.

Setting the Guidelines and Expectations Good training is reflected in quality work, as bad training is reflected in bad work, and prohibitive costs result due to comebacks. It is important to make sure that the training is top notch.

Many paint manufacturers have excellent training standards and it is a good policy to follow and enforce those standards. The following is a good example of good prep guidelines as given by a good paint company.

Contaminates that float around can ruin a paint job, and that applies to the surface, and the shop as well. To do this make sure, there is adequate filtration, and that it is frequently cleaned to the point of being almost sterile. Minute dust particles and hair are the worst offenders, making technicians walking dust magnets if the filtration system is inadequate.

Every day, and before each job, the shop must be thoroughly cleaned, top to bottom, as much as possible. Keep the spray booth clean always, and thoroughly wash it weekly. Check filter regularly and replace when necessary, as it affects health.

Before starting a job, make sure there is nothing like lamps mirrors, etc. around because they can cause cracking in the topcoat and the clear coat.

Before doing any surface prep, thoroughly wash the surface, all you need is plain old soap and water, because it removes all water- soluble material that can cause damage later. The vehicle must be scuffed with detergent and hot water to remove wax and sealants.

Prepping the Paint Surface You might want to try some fine waterproof sandpaper to scrub the surface. Some people like to use the scuff pads, those gray nylon types. Removing the painted area that has become damaged requires some grinding. Ideally, you will need sandpaper that is 80 grit and an orbital sander.

You will need to concentrate your grinding along the paint area that is damaged. In order to be successful you will have to see at least a quarter of an inch of color coat as well as clear coat and of course the undercoat as well. So the next step will be to featheredge the etching filler. This can be done right over the body filler or even on the bare metal. The purpose here is to provide protection both in adhesion and corrosion.

Once you have reached this stage then the next will be for the surface primer. It?s easy to see though that by setting and following guidelines and expectations that everyone knows what their job is and what they are responsible for. If there is a problem and a repair comeback shows up it becomes easier to determine where the breakdown occurred. This way you can go back to the drawing board so to speak and correct the problems where they are happening.

Always be fastidious to match the correct pair and that will ensure optimal matching connection. If you deviate from this, you can lose the connection state.

Some Important Variables You need to ensure the parts are secured correctly .This just means that enough force is needed to bind the components within the specifications so that parts cannot shift under regular movement.

Many times a factor of a connection can be achieved by using a pitch gauge, which can determine if a bolt or screw is tightened to its specifications. A thread pitch can sometimes be a factor and by reading the manufacturers design codes you can decrease the problems of making a bad connection which can lead to problems down the road.

In the fine art of paintless dent removal, there is more of a fine art involved than you might think. Not only does it require good training skills, it also requires the touch.

The tools used for this procedure are long and delicate, to allow access to difficult to reach places. One wrong move can cause a wrinkle in the surface, making a highpoint that is visible when looking at the smoothness of the surface.

Wrinkled metal is one of the most difficult, if not, almost impossible repairs to do, it all depends on the force of the slip.Most often you get one chance only in paintless dent removal, it is a finesse job that requires great skill, combined with a lot of knowledge and a gentle touch.

Gaining Access When doing paintless dent removal, the first thing that has to be done is to gain access, whether it is the hood, roof, door, trunk, or quarter panel. Once access is gained, you have to select the right tool, not forgetting the length, tip size and diameter when you are selecting that tool.

Starting the Repair Once you have started the repair, delicate, and precise movements are required, many times over, it?s the repetition that works the area. The metal can?t be pushed, it has to be “coaxed” back into its original position, and ?coaxed” is the right word being you can only remove small amounts of metal at a time. There are four major types of damage, and different ways to repair each of them. The standard dent is reversed by a massaging action at the center. For a crease, you use work from left to right, while gently applying. If you start with the smallest dent you can repair double rings can be repaired by starting.

The best way to start with is the smaller area then move to the larger one. Once you have repaired about 90 % of the damage, then you need to work on the distortion evident in the larger dent.

The trick of doing the actual repair is to get the light right on the painted side of the surface. You have already got your tool in place from the other side and now you are ready to get into the finer work.

You need to find the precision point of the tip of the tool. To do this shining the light in the same direction stand perpendicular to the crease. . Don?t work at an angle as the surface will look distortedLooking for the tool tip is like stretching a piece of foil and running your fingernail across it from the other side. When you are repairing the surface, you can see the tool tip you gently move it back and forth, much like the fingernail example. Start at the center, and apply pressure steadily, in finite strokes. The larger the dent, the less pressure you need.

Completing the job. If you did have to make a hole to gain entry, apply sealant as a paint protector and continue to mend the hole.
